About Us

Grace Baptist Church is an independent, fundamental Baptist church located in Tremont, IL. Our church is easily accessible from Interstate 155. Our church is located right off Route 9, on the west side of Tremont, next to Tremont Fitness. We are located in the “School Information Systems” building.

Grace Baptist Church was started in March of 2008 with a group of about 60 people. Every independent Baptist church is an autonomous congregation. We are self-governing and self-supporting. The head of the church is the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible is our sole authority for faith and practice.

At Grace Baptist Church, we have one message - the message of the Lord Jesus Christ, and one ministry - the ministry He has given us “to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
